The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 504, 506 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the order passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga wherein it has been stated that the present case is in retaliation to the case lodged earlier against the informant. The informant and the petitioner are neighbours and there had been a fight between them with regard to construction of the house.

Be that as it may, the petitioner above named in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41814 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 2/2 event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case no. 276 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J) Amin/- U
