That this is an application praying for quashing the orders dated 12/08/2013 and 13/02/2014 passed in Case No.29023/09-10, U/S 20 (1) as contained in Annexures- 7 & 8 of the instant Writ Petition by the Respondent No. 2 by which the Respondent No. 6 has been directed to deposit the amount of economic penalty in the prescribed item in five equal installments. Further to quash the Last Pay Certificate of the Petitioner issued by the Respondent No. 6 as contained in Annexure-12 of the instant Writ

At the outset, the learned counsel for the State Information Commission submits that since the final order has already been passed on 11.01.2016, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as merely the interim orders have been assailed in the present proceedings. 3.

Accordingly, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the due process of law for assailing the order dated 11.01.2016, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the same.
