The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No.08 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 341, 120B and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the inordinate and unexplained delay for over two months in institution of the complaint which was referred to the police under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for investigation, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61214 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No.08 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
