2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1234 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is a case of tipple murder. The petitioner's involvement has come during the investigation. He is in jail since 22.12.2023.

4. Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed.
