The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others allegedly took the photograph of the informant by force as well as the photo copy of the sale deed of the house.

Submission is that petitioner is tenant in the house of the informant, there is dispute regarding the enhancement of the rent and, hence, the present case has been lodged. Considering the nature of allegation, let the
