Patna High Court MJC No.1258 of 2023(4) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 submits that though the order of this Court dated 30.08.2022, passed in CWJC No.5100 of 2018 has not been contravened by the opposite parties, however, the petitioners be granted liberty to approach the learned Court of Munsif, Arwal, where the title suit filed by the private respondents, bearing Title Suit No.150 of 2022, is pending, by taking recourse to the due process of law, inasmuch as the learned Court of Munsif, Arwal has passed an order of status quo in favour of the private respondents in the said pending suit. Liberty so sought is granted.
