The report has been called for from the court below which has been received, in which it has been mentioned that police after investigation submitted charge-sheet against the petitioners and the cognizance has been taken on the basis of the charge-sheet for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 474/34 of the Indian Penal Code on 04.02.2017 and summons has been issued for appearance of the accused. In such circumstances, this Court finds that stage of case has already changed. The charge-sheet has been submitted. The court has also taken cognizance against the accused persons on the basis of charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed.
