2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 341 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections304 (B), 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner in the year 2019. It is alleged that the deceased was being subjected to cruelty at the hands of her husband and his family members for demand of motorcycle and Rs. One lakh in dowry. It is further alleged that the daughter of the informant, while she was pregnant, was done to death by administering poison by the accused persons for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32844 of 2024(4) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 complaint was filed after three months of the occurrence and after solemnization of second marriage of the petitioner. Further submission of the learned counsel is that the deceased died due to gynecological complications. She has also submitted that a compromise was entered into between the informant and the petitioner and as per para-4 of the compromise the petitioner had undertaken to bear the expenses of maintenance, marriage and study of his three years daughter born by wedlock of the deceased. Learned counsel has also submitted that the petitioner is ready to provide Rs. 3000/- per month to the informant for expenses of his daughter.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances clean antecedents as well as the period of detention, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 341 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
