In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.147 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 307, 379, 337, 447, 427, 353, 435 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

In connection with a murder case, the Police party has gone for investigation and to nab the accused persons, where about 100 unknown persons starting raising slogans and pelting

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner save and except he was a member of the mob.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, Kallu Kumar @ Kundan Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case no.147 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further condition is that whenever the police will call the petitioner for the purposes of investigation and interrogation, he will remain present for the investigation. In the event of being absent on two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the present order will be treated to have been cancelled. This is also subject to the condition that if the petitioner would be found involved in similar type of action in future, the
