12-01-2017 Heard Mr. S.M.Shabbir Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 9. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C. No. 2069 of 2008, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 09-09-2009. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let M.J.C. No. 2069 of 2008 be restored to its original file, with condition that petitioner must comply the order dated 09-09-2009 within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, M.J.C. No. 2069 of 2008 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
