The petitioner is accused in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019 registered under sections 302, 307, 341, 323 and 34 and I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Katihar.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local party politics.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that there is specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is the main assailant of the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24980 of 2020(5) dt.23-02-2021 2/2 of the case and nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
