1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/20 (b) (ii) (c) 22 (c) 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. Total 62 Kilogram of ganja has been recovered from the car.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner and submits that the recovery has been made from the vehicle of which this petitioner is the registered owner.

6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of ganja has been recovered from the vehicle of which petitioner is registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Alok Verma/- U T
