2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution story, from the FIR it appears that the present case has been lodged by the Lower Division Clerk posted in Sub-Registrar Officer, Barh, Patna on the basis of complaint report filed against the order passed in CWJC No. 4333 of 2023. Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to be the identifier and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to be the witness of the sale deed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29201 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 question.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged sale deed has already been annulled by executing a Partition Deed dated 04.03.2025 at Sub-Registrar Office, Barh, Patna. Petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2025. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024.
