====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner which is evident from the F.I.R. itself rather he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 17.03.2020.
