Mr. P.K. Shahi, learned Senior Counsel appearing through virtual mode submits that the General Administration Department has taken a specific decision with respect to contractual employees working against sanctioned posts under the Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission Society for granting certain benefits, which has not been made available to the petitioners by the Chief Executive Officer-Cum-State Mission Director, Lohiya Swach Bihar Abhiyan (Respondent No.5). The petitioners' claims made by Annexure 8 series are pending consideration and therefore, if the same were to be considered in right earnest, the petitioners' grievance should be redressed. Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, learned Government Advocate No.2 appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the petitioners are contractual employees.
The fact that they are contractual employees is not disputed. However, the petitioners' grievance is regarding nonconsideration of their repeated representations, as contained in Annexure 8 series, for grant of benefits, as per decision of the General Administration Department dated 07.03.2019. The writ application therefore need not be kept
11/11 pending as no adjudication is called for at the moment. For facilitating consideration of the petitioners' representations and passing of order in accordance with law, writ petition is disposed of.
