Petitioner seeks bail in Inarwa P.S. Case No.95 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376-G Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 25.02.2019. The petitioner has surrendered voluntarily on 30.03.2019. Charges have also been framed in the case on 30.03.2019 as mentioned in para 8 of the bail application.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
