The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.K.Puri P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him rather the specific allegation is attributed to co-accused Suraj Rai.
