Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Bhojpur against the impugned order passed by the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar dated 05-07-2018 [Annexure P/10] in view of the fact that petitioner is a teacher and is claiming his salary since 03-01-2011 but by the impugned order appointment of the petitioner as teacher has been cancelled.
