2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondent authorities to remove encroachment from Tikkapatti Hat, Dhamdaha having Khata No. 1596 and Khesra No. 4637, 4642, 4643 and 4644 having an area of 1.48 acre which belongs to land of Hatt. Sairat.

3. The Circle Officer, Rupauli, Purnea is directed to act upon the representation dated 27.12.2022 and proceed for removal of the encroachment if any encroachment is found.

4. The proceeding shall be concluded after hearing all the interested parties and it is expected that encroachment proceeding will be decided within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate- Purnia through FAX for its compliance forthwith.

6. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
