The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.107 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and culpability of the petitioner which surfaced in course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail, Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
