JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017 registered under Sections 307 and 324 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegation made in the F.I.R that the petitioners and three others being variously armed attacked upon the informant and coaccused Indrajeet Singh and Pankaj Yadav opened fire causing injury to the informant and another, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of prearrest bail is rejected.
