3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 22.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18866 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but inadvertently, the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed in the cause title as Shankar Prasad in place of Shankar Prasad @ Amirchand Prasad.

4. In view of the above, let the father's name of the petitioner be read as Shankar Prasad @ Amirchand Prasad in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34988 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 place of Shankar Prasad in the bail order dated 22.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18866 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 22.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18866 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above and the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 22.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18866 of 2024, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
