1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For the issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents no. 1 to 7 to direct the respondents no. 8 and 9 to stop the hatt which is run by them illegally without obtaining any valid license.

(ii) For direction upon the respondents no. 1 to 7 to take necessary action against the respondents no. 8 and 9.

(iii) For declaration that petitioner is a licency to

Patna High Court CWJC No.14403 of 2014(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 run the hatt on his own land and as per provision of law the respondents no. 8 and 9 cannot give any kind of loss by way of running a hatt for which they have obtained no license.

(iv) For declaration that the illegal action of the respondents no. 8 and 9 is causing revenue loss to the government one hand and on the other it causes injury to the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Saharsa, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
