2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she would be put to great difficulty if she has to contest the subject Matrimonial Case at Madhubani. It is submitted that she is a poor lady without any independent source of income and her father has already died.
3. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party appears. Despite opportunity granted to the Opposite Party by order dated 25.04.2017 no counter affidavit has been filed even after more than six months have since

4. In the interest of justice, let Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 114 of 2014 be transferred from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur.
