The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of the daughter of the informant by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the main allegation of abduction is against the son of the petitioner, namely, Shivam Kumar and from perusal of the case diary vide para-53, it appears that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38846 of 2021(3) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 statement of the victim girl has been recorded wherein she has not supported the complicity of this petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
