No. 529 of 2016 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the peremptory order dated 18.07.2016. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner received the certified copy of the order dated 20.02.2016 passed in JJB Case No. 366 of 2015 on 05.08.2016 and the same was filed in the office on 05.08.2016. However, a delay of four days was caused in obtaining the certified copy of the order dated 20.02.2016.
