The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 316 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She has no criminal antecedent. Both the parties are close agnates. Further submission is that earlier a case was also filed on behalf of the daughter of the petitioner against the informant, as evident from Annexure-3. Thereafter, the present case has been lodged. Case No. 316 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
