The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application praying for an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ order or direction, commanding the respondents authorities to re-consider the application of petitioner on the ground that the mother of the petitioner filed an application on 04.02.2021 with affidavit before the Respondent No. 5, stating that after the death of her husband late Diwakar Jha the petitioner Pandit Sulakshana Jha has deserve

Patna High Court CWJC No.12325 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 for the service on compensate ground because after the death of her husband the petitioner takes care her all responsibilities and the widow of late Diwakar Jha as well the mother of petitioner live with her, and setting aside the office order as contained in memo No.854 dated 01.09.2021 whereby and whereunder the petitioner's application was dismissed."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
