1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file an appropriate application for the grievances raised herein before the University. In case such a representation is filed, the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University shall decide the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of its filing.

2. In case dues are found payable, the admissible dues shall be paid within the aforesaid period.
