2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1531 of 2021 instituted under Sections 323, 341, 406, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of cheating about Rs. 9 lakhs from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire amount has been returned to the informant and the petitioner will be able to support his case within two weeks.

5. These grounds have not been taken in the Court below.

6. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court below afresh and the Court below will verify the contention of the petitioner. If the Court below finds substance in the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, appropriate order shall be passed. If the Court below finds that the submissions are made in air without any proof of re-payment, appropriate order shall be passed in accordance with law.
