2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 323, 376, 511, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have entered the room of the informant and tried to molest her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a delay of 17 days in lodging the FIR. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31335 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 further submitted that the dispute between the parties has already been compromised. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the dispute between the parties has been compromised.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
