2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 119 of 2022 instituted for the offence u/s 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 1.8.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1014 of 2023 with a direction to expedite the trial at the earliest.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 20.7.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within three-four months.

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within stipulated period of time, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) amandeep/- U T
