The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, it is stated by the informant that his brother, his brother's wife and one Surya Prasad strangulated his father to death.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the wife of the informant and daughter-in-law of the deceased. Nearly three months after the occurrence, on the change of the Investigating Officer, the Investigating Officer recorded the statements of close relatives of the FIR named accused persons and falsely implicated the informant, his wife ie the petitioner herein and others. The

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the material that has transpired in course of investigation together with the petitioner who is a lady having remained in custody for more than 9 months, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case no. 566 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
