2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is a recovery of 200.84 grams of Smack from the vehicle in question.

4. The petitioner is found to be travelling in the vehicle from which the recovery was made and he is in custody since 23.1.2024.

5. Considering the recovery of intermediate quantity of smack, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31791 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge(NDPS), Khagaria/ concerned Court below in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Sonbersa Kachahari Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month.
