The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of occurrence of murder is against unknown. Co-accused Munchun Paswan confessed before the police that he had committed the said murder and the petitioner was also along with him.

Considering the facts that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, who has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

No.26429 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kanti P.S.
