JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2024 Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraph No.1 of the writ petition:- A. A writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing illegal/unjustified determination of merit list as given as (K) of the advertisement published on 1.8.2014 for contractual appointment under ATMA (Agriculture Technology Management Agency ) Yojna for the vacant post of Block Technical Manager, Assistant Technical Manager and Accountant by the department of Agriculture, Govt. of Bihar, Patna under for submission on Agricultural Extention (ATMA Yojna) and under the National Mission on Agricultural Extention and Technology.

B. A writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to treat every candidate equally illegible for the post of Assistant Technical Manager and not to give either weightate to agriculture graduate and post graduate. Further to re-advertise the

C. To any other relief/s for which petitioner is found entitled to."

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents informs that the National Mission on Agriculture Extension and Technology (NMAET), Programme has come to an end and, therefore, the grievance of the petitioner cannot be sustained.
