JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to efflux of time, this application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the order dated 21.01.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in G. R. No. 404 of 2011, arising out of Jamalpur P. S Case No. 24 of 2011 by which the application filed under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure had been dismissed has become infructuous. In view of the submissions made above, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
