JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or an appropriate writ for direction upon the respondents concern not to raising the heights of the road of the 12 Pather Mohalla Ward No-15 District Samastipur causing immense inconvenience and the authority did not bother to take action even after brought to the notice by the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
