The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S.Case No. 119 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 354, 354-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the main allegation in the F.I.R is against Malakh Bin, son of the petitioner and there is delay of two days in institution of the F.I.R, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
