JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Despite repeated calls no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ application.
Counsel for the State is present.
A counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the Staterespondent stating that the order passed by the Bihar State Women Commission is beyond jurisdiction in directing payment of 50% of the salary and allowances to the petitioner(wife of respondent no.3). Be that as it may, since nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ application, the Court is constrained to dismiss the same. I order accordingly.
