JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the concerned court under Section 23 of the Bihar Building (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act, 1982 for execution of the order dated 2.11.1994 passed in BBC Case No. 132 of 1992, as upheld by an order dated 14.7.1999 passed by the Appellate Authority in BBC Appeal Case No. 35 of 1994-95, as further upheld by the order dated 7.8.2018 passed by the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna in BBC Revision Case No. 32 of 2000.
