The petitioner seeks bail in Roushanganj Police Station (for brevity PS) Case No 177 of 2018 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr Misc No 60328 of 2019 which was rejected by order dated 18.12.2019 (Annexure 1).

In this case, the Court had called for a report regarding the stage of trial. Report dated 09.02.2021 communicates that today is the date fixed for supplying of police papers to the accused.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30496 of 2020(3) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected.

The petitioner may approach this Court after framing of charges.
