It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that other similarly situated persons, as the petitioner, whose names were figuring in the panel prepared for appointment by regularization in the Collectorate of Araria, had approached this Court and their cases have been disposed of by this Court passed in C.W.J.C.No. 9712 of 2008 and vide order dated 16.4.2018, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 17578 of 2015 to the extent that the District Magistrate, Araria to conclude the process and decide the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition may also be disposed of with the similar direction to the respondent authorities.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Araria (respondent no.3) to conclude the process and decide the petitioner's claim in accordance with law. Final decision in respect of the petitioner's claim for appointment by way of regularization should be taken, also taking into consideration that he is a empanelled candidate, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
