The petitioners seek bail in Ahiyapur P. S. Case No. 312 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

It is alleged that total 23.535 ml of foreign liquor has been recovered from shop of these petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 20.3.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28427 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P. S. Case No. 312 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
