2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Rampur Hari P.S. Case No.90 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 424, 115, 120(B), 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the petitioner have ousted the informant's mother from her land by falsely executing sale deed. It is further alleged that on 27.07.2023, the complainant was ousted from the house and Ratiya Devi, accused no.8 executed the sale deed of the land of complainant's father in name of accused nos.1 to 7. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in this case it is allegation against Ratiya Devi that she has executed the sale deed in favor of accused nos.1 to 7. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and it has also been submitted that similarly situated co-

No.31295 of 2025(2) dt.21-05-2025 2/2 accused persons namely, Sakindra Roy, Sunil Roy, Mukesh Roy, Manju Devi and Ratiya Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.9046 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13.02.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Rampur Hari P.S.
