The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34602 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018, G.R. No. 2503 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
