06-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner in Arer P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 27-11-2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 63521 of 2019 (Annexure - 1 to the bail petition).

Earlier, vide order dated 25-09-2020, a report was called for from the learned court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'Y'. From perusal of report of learned 4th Addl. Sessions Judge, Madhubani, as contained in Letter No. 94/2020 dated 06-10-2020, it appears

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24831 of 2020(4) dt.06-01-2021 2/2 that after framing of charge, the case is pending at the stage of prosecution evidence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail application of petitioner is again rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 15-07-2019, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.) anay/- U T
