It has been pointed out by the respondents that the writ petition with the prayer made therein is not maintainable. The writ petition seeks the sale deed executed in favour of the private respondent on the basis of Power of Attorney be declared as null and void.

Be that as it may, since nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is constrained to dismiss the application for non-prosecution.
