The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Giriak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017 registered under Sections 30/37/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. From perusal of the seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34603 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
