The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.67 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegations made in the first information report that the petitioners mercilessly assaulted the Gramin Awas Assistant of Dadhwa Panchayat while he was discharging his duties and threatened him pointing pistol that they would eliminate him, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly,
